 Scope of Application : Blood coagulants can be made into vacuum blood collection tubes and injection blood collection tubes, which can be used in clinical medical laboratory work. Laboratory personnel can complete operations such as taking blood samples, quickly separating serum, and transferring samples in the same container.

The principle of coagulation is to stimulate some coagulation factors in plasma and platelets, promote the formation of clotting enzymes and fibrin clots, accelerate the contraction of blood clots, and achieve the goal of rapid separation of serum.

 Product Usage : Nano scale silica system, free of thrombin, anti wall adhesion, can promote rapid coagulation of blood, mainly used for the preparation of serum samples, can be made into blood collection tubes such as procoagulant tubes and separation gel procoagulant tubes.

Product Features:

Dosage and administration of coagulant:

1 This product can be sprayed by machine or added manually. During the addition process, it is necessary to constantly stir and drop to maintain the uniformity of the suspension, fully ensuring that all effective ingredients are added uniformly.

2. Mechanical stirring, electromagnetic stirring, pneumatic stirring and other methods can be used to maintain the uniformity of the suspension; Adjust the mixing speed according to the actual situation; three After the addition is complete, the coagulant needs to be dried (non organic solvent coagulants do not need to be dried). The hot air drying temperature can be between 40-80 ℃, and the time is between 7-120s; the drying temperature in the drying oven or drying room is around 40C, and the time is subject to complete drying; four Adding 20-30ul of this product can quickly promote the coagulation of 2-5ml of blood at 20-25 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 20 ℃ or the amount of blood collected exceeds 5ml, the amount of coagulant added should be appropriately increased.
